METAPHOR SERVICE CULTURE STANDARDS
1. Guests arriving at airport will be acknowledged within 1 minute after passing through customs/at gate.
2. Driver or greeter will be waiting at appointed time at Chauffeur meeting point.
3. Driver will be holding up a sign with printed visitor name on it (and not the Company name).
4. Driver will offer to assist with visitor's luggage.
5. No conversation will be made unless visitor indicates otherwise.
6. When loading luggage in car trunk, visitor will be asked to verify count before trunk is closed.
7. Driver will drive safely, not passing any speed limits.
8. Driver will notify the Company of estimated time of arrival if running late.
9. Driver will inquire about comfort of temperature of car.
10. A current newspaper and bottled mineral water will be available in car.
11. Limousine will be shining, spotless, free of scratches on interior and exterior of car. Driver shall be attired appropriately.
12. No smoking permitted by driver or visitor in car.
13. If asked by guest, driver will recommend hotel/restaurants/places of interest.
